Dianna Fourie Fake shoe sale

It pains me to write this, but after countless smooth BikeHub transactions I have finally been caught in a scam. A poster posing as Dianna Fourie accepted payment for a pair of shoes to be sent from Pretoria to Cape Town and after a week of excuses and promises is now ghosting me and blocking calls. I know that this is the very reason for BH Pay and I did begin the process in that way, but after the offer expired and then the ad, I reached out directly. I was not weary of the seller, had no reason to be - I had just assumed that they were a new member and as such inexperienced with the platform etc. I have never had even a close call with transactions on Bike Hub so had no reason to doubt it. Still not entirely sure whether the name is indeed correct, or what can actually be done about it, but in case anyone else knows the name - be careful.
