What a joke , THE OZONE PLACE , now trading under their 20th name , alot of you might remember them as SEVEN SEASONS , that was on Carthe Blanche a few years ago , Then as CCL global for a few years , or Perficient international management and training , then as MTC , now as NEXUS Innovations , with the director KOBUS TOSEN doing the lying and Janine calling you to help get the ball rolling. This company has various cases against their name for unlawful work practise , non stop hours , no basic , selling machines from door to door , you wont even make the minimum wage in a month , they do not comply with Sars as well as they sweep the info for commissions under the rug. People get treated with no humanity or respect , you have to bend over backwards for a company that wont even allow you to ask for your overtime , use all you petrol driving for sales without any compensation. And not to mention that the director Kobus and his wife are swingers and occasionally invite employees over to their parties , fight about sleeping around and make everyone part of the drama. HORRIBLE PLACE AND COMPANY AND PEOPLE
